Matilda International Hospital welcomes this year’s 110th baby
with a special maternity fee of $110 

A baby boy, Fred, born on 19 February is the 110th baby delivered at the Matilda International Hospital this year. To celebrate the hospital’s 110th anniversary, Linda Burgoyne, our CEO, congratulates the family personally, presenting the family with a bottle of champagne. The family enjoys a special maternity fee of $110 only. The patient chose a private room package and the baby was delivered by emergency caesarean section.

Fred’s mom, Nikki, described the delivery as unforgettable and very special, “Fred weighed at 3.75kg and was eager to see mommy and daddy. I wish that my little angel will be happy and lives a wonderful life, surrounded with love from his family and friends. “

Midwife Selvie who assisted with the caesarean section said, “I am thrilled to be a part of the baby’s birth. It’s definitely a precious memory for me at the Matilda. Every delivery is very special to the parent as well as to the maternity team.”
