Head of Communications

Job Description

  • Develop and implement communications strategies that align with the hospital’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Create compelling, informative and impactful messaging that, is consistent across all external and internal communications, including website content, social media, advertising, and PR materials.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across various online channels. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging content, design assets, and promotions that drive stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage media relations, acting as a spokesperson for the hospital and proactively addressing any communications challenges.
  • Track and analyse communication performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency and alignment of communications across all touchpoints. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on brand guidelines, messaging, and positioning. Collaborate with external agencies and partners to ensure brand consistency in all external

Requirements

  • A proven track record of effective communication and campaigns in a senior communications role, experience in healthcare is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of current communications trends and best practices and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Passion for healthcare and a genuine commitment to our values of proactivity, professionalism, empathy. inspiration and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
