Our 24-hour Outpatient Services ensures easy access to expert medical care. Our facility is staffed by experienced medical professionals ready to address health concerns and provide ongoing outpatient treatments.
We provide prompt medical attention for acute conditions and manage ongoing health conditions. Our family medicine is supported by a team of onsite specialists and backed by full hospital diagnostic services, allowing seamless continuity of care if treatment requires inpatient admission.

Our outpatient services rests in a heritage building that is supported by advanced facilities, providing exceptional care. The department includes private consultation rooms, fully equipped treatment rooms, and access to dedicated diagnostic areas featuring the latest medical imaging technology, such as MRI and CT scanners.

Our Patient Pledge outlines our commitment to service times across various care categories, ensuring every patient receives the attention they need with minimal waiting. All patients are triaged upon arrival, and kept informed about their expected wait times.
Below are the specific response times for different patient categories.
Life-threatening Case (Category I)
Call code blue (code red) immediately for urgent attendance
Emergency Case (Category II)
Nurse provides first aid treatment immediately, doctor attends within 5 minutes
Paediatric Case
Seen within 15 minutes from the time of appointment, unless the doctor is handling an emergency or attending to other patients
Adult Case (Category III)
Seen within 30 minutes from the time of appointment, unless the doctor is handling an emergency or attending to other patients
Walk-in Non-emergency Case (Category IV & V)
Seen within 30 minutes if the doctor is available, the maximum waiting time is less than 60 minutes unless the clinic is fully booked
If this pledge cannot be kept, we will offer the patient a consultation with an alternative doctor.

Our 24-hour outpatient treatment services are equipped to handle various medical issues, from acute conditions like injuries and infections to chronic disease management. If you are experiencing unusual symptoms, we encourage you to book an appointment to discuss them with our doctors. In case of an emergency, please call 999 immediately.
To ensure you receive the medical attention you need as fast as possible, making an appointment is encouraged, however we do welcome walk-in patients.
Wait times can vary depending on the number of patients and the severity of their conditions. We strive to see every patient within 30 minutes of their arrival. We prioritise emergencies and more severe cases and always inform patients about their expected wait times.
Our outpatient services accepts a wide range of insurance plans. Before your visit, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm coverage details for outpatient services. However, if you are visiting for an urgent or night time consultation your insurer may not be able to confirm coverage in advance. For further assistance, our front desk staff is available 24/7 to answer any queries.
