The schedule of prenatal checkups

An antenatal checkup involves regular consultations with a trained health professional such as a midwife or doctor, who can monitor the progress of your pregnancy and identify any potential risks or problems. During these visits, your healthcare provider will measure your weight, blood pressure and check the baby's growth. They may also offer advice on nutrition, exercise or other lifestyle factors that can affect your pregnancy.
