Client Account Officer
Job Description
- Provide billing, invoicing and services to hospital patients and clients
- Coordinate direct billing arrangement with insurance companies and clients
- Handle enquiries with insurance companies and clients
- Follow up payment with clients, clinics, corporates and insurance companies
- Carry out various administrative and clerical tasks to provide general office support
Requirements
- Form 6 graduate or above
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin would be an advantage
- Experience in hospitality, airline or clinical environment would be an advantage
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, attention to details and good computer literacy
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are essential
- 5-days work per week and able to work on shifts (including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)
