IT Officer

Job Description

• Providing logistics / administrative support in IT projects / systems / services, including technical support / training to internal users regarding computer operation, internet access, WiFi, & software systems / applications.
• Maintaining & updating technical / departmental documentation e.g. technical manuals, SOP, helpdesk records, inventory records, case reports, service contract updates, information search, audit / accreditation materials preparation, data analysis, etc.
• Coordinating with vendors to administer service agreements / to resolve technical issues on desktop computers, servers, infrastructure, network or applications problems or other ad-hoc requirements.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines. At least 1-year relevant experience in IT industry.
• Knowledge and experience in infrastructure such as MS Windows server, MS SQL, O365, virtualization, firewall, switching, network routing and cabling technologies.
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good team player, self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
