Assistant Human Resources Officer / Human Resources Officer
Job Description
- Providing support in all-round HR functions including but not limit to recruitment, employee compensation & benefits, staff activities, HRIS administration, etc.
- Administering orientation arrangements, training support, selection & hiring processing, insurances, visa applications, etc.
- Support in daily operation, HR helpdesk services, reports and documentation
- Assisting / participating in corporate and departmental projects / other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- Diploma or degree holder in HRM or relevant disciplines
- 1-2 years related experience (healthcare, hotel, airline industries an advantage)
- Knowledge in Employment Ordinance & related legislations
- Positive attitude, high sense of confidentiality, flexibility in multi-tasking, well organized, team player with good interpersonal skills
- Spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Proficient computer skills and hands-on HRIS experience
- Applicants with more experience may be considered for a higher position
